The below pricing is meant as a guideline only as many factors can effect the price each person would pay, such as work to be undertaken at each site, the frequency of cleaning, the type of cleaning involved, how many team members required per job etc.

Domestic Cleans
Our hourly rate for a standard domestic clean start from £9.75 per hour and goes to £11.50 per hour, dependent on service chosen – we offer discounts to OAPs and those on Disability/Incapacity Benefits – please email info@mrsmopp.com to request a copy of our standard cleaning charges, along with what is included on our standard clean.
For rough time scales on how long it would take to clean your home, the following is a rough guide
- A one bedroom flat/house/apartment/bungalow with one bathroom – would need a 2 hour clean
- An average 2 bed or small 3 bed with one bathroom, for a full house clean,you would need 2 – 2.5 hrs per clean
- A large 3 bed to average 4 bed house with one bathroom and one en-suite would need 3.5 -4 hours for our regular top-to-bottom clean and so on.
- A large 4+ bed roomed house, with 3+ bathrooms/en-suites would need 5+ hours per clean depending on number of rooms and duties to be carried out, i.e, polishing silver/brass, washing of ornaments, treating of wood with beeswax etc.
Please note, our standard cleaning service has a minimum time requirement of 2 hours per clean for weekly and fortnightly cleans and a minimum of 3 hours for monthly cleans. Please call our offices on (01952) 250236 to book a free, no obligation quotation.
One off standard domestic clean – £14.00 per hour
One off domestic deep cleans – £35.00 per hour based on a minimum of 3 hours booked – recommended at least twice a year. This is a two or more person team. Please email info@mrsmopp.com to request a copy of our domestic deep clean sheet that details pricing and all that is included on our clean.
Move in/Move out cleans from £35.00 per hour depending on if waste removal will also be required – The whole house will be left clean and fresh and ready to be occupied again.
For any cleans 10 miles outside of TF1, our cleaning rates will remain the same but mileage will be charged at £0.30ppm
